Then imagine an art gallery outdoors! Local artist Susie Burch’s painted floral windows line the pergola covered walkway along with trays of herbs and bedding plants lined along the railings. Follow the wooden walkway or the moss lined path and check out the small potting shed. Always filled with interesting garden ideas, the potting shed is every gardener’s dream! During any time of season, at the top of Cottage Garden’s driveway is a log enclosed garage literally filled with furniture painted by owner, Judie Harman. Bears, foxes and fish are favorite additions to Judie’s furniture. In addition, beautifully hand-crafted rustic furniture make the cottage a must see for cabin dwellers. Custom signs with names of local lakes, porch benches and even artfully painted lamps light the eclectic mix of art, furniture and flowers! Fall, winter, spring or summer, step inside the Cottage and enjoy inspiring floral art. A display of large impressionistic oil paintings by Ann Smith and beautiful water colors by very popular Robie Fisch line the ivy painted walls.
